After four years of development, Sunline recently launched the Asegai braid featuring patented Xplasma technology which significantly improves the glide, abrasion resistance and waterproofness of this braid.
The glide and softness are improved by 370% and 260% respectively compared to a conventional braid.
The Xplasma process also improves the hydrophobic abilities of the Asegai by over 240% compared to a standard braid, allowing for longer casts and less freezing in guides and on reels in cold weather.
